Deadliest deadline for everything is on Monday, ha! Presidents, PLEASE discuss this during your respective homerooms.

1. Order forms

If you don't give your forms, you waive your right to pick the picture that will be reproduced. You waive your right to get additional orders. A softcopy of the form is available at the past posts in the batch site. If you lost your pictures, inform me by Monday. 

2. Additional Payments

If you don't pay on Monday, you don't get what you order.

You may give your forms and payments to your presidents. Presidents, forward your collections to me by Monday, as well.

3. Class Pics

You NEED to pay. We all have deadlines. Graviton, Muon, Tau, Truth. 
Treasurers, collect for the whole class. Let me stress that the collection is by class. So dapat, complete payment ang ibibigay ni Treasurer sa amin. We suggest that you collect during your homerooms.

We might set up again outside the caf during dismissal to collect. I'm halfday on Monday. If you wish to pay earlier, I'll most likely be doing STR. :D

4. Grad Picture Retake

Presidents, prepare a sign up sheet for your classes during homeroom for those who want and need a retake. Conditions for the retake are the ff:

- You weren't able to take either the toga or creative shot last time
- You don't like either of your pictures. If this is the case, you must be willing to pay at least an extra P600, which is for the retake only. (Breakdown: P150 for hair, P150 for makeup, P300 for at least 4 shots)

Give Lance the list by Monday as well. If we don't receive the list from your class, you waive again your right to have a retake. :D The retake will most probably be on Friday. Arrangements are still being made, so details re: exact times, etc. will be TBA. Have your props ready if you plan on using! This will be the only day available for retake, so wala nang rescheduling pag walang props ha. ;)

Deadlines for tomorrow.

The deadline for the payments for the class pics is tomorrow! Presidents/Treasurers/Reps, collect and remind. 

BC2012 will be staying at a spot in the caf to accept your payments. Please look for Lance Calub Jeks Espina Jr Aldiosa Kim Ednalino. Payments must be complete (kayo bahala on how you're going to complete it, basta dapat complete ang bayad). Copies of the order forms were given to each section last Monday (unless you haven't given yours yet).

ALSO, GRAD PIC ORDER FORMS (WITH PAYMENTS) are also due TOMORROW. Let me stress that the both the FORMS AND THE PAYMENTS are due tomorrow!

You may pay directly to us tomorrow during lunch, too. Thank you. :)

For those who had additional orders, the payments are due on THURSDAY. Give to your class treasurers.

For those who haven't submitted their order forms, we won't wait for you. Sayang daw sa production time. But please consider the fact that things will be delayed if you don't submit asap. So please submit the FORM ALONG WITH THE PAYMENT not later than THURSDAY, 4:30 PM. You need not submit the pictures (except for special cases i.e. walang number label ung pictures so you put your own label and that's what you wrote in the form).

Kahit na hindi niyo na ipasa ung contact prints. The important thing is mapasa ang order form. 

Write all your concerns at the back of the form.

For the additional payments, please pay also by FRIDAY, same time. Give the payments (put in a labeled envelope) to the one collecting the forms.

Re: Order Forms for Grad Pic

1) (@Maki) The default background is the green screen background (whatever is in your contact prints).
BUT you can still change the background pero you won't have to pay additional P150. We'll get the P150 from the total P1000 you paid for the grad pics.
All you have to do is check the appropriate blank in the 'reorder form' at the bottom of the page. WRITE A DESCRIPTION OF THE BACKGROUND AT THE BACK OF THE PAGE.
That's the only thing you won't have to pay for. Checking the other blanks at the reorder form will require you to pay the extra amount.
2) (@Kenny) You may choose more than 1 creative or toga to replicate.
BUT only 1 of each will be included in Package A. Indicate the one to be used in Package at the top part of the form.
Then indicate the other pictures to be replicated at the reorder form (bottom).
3) (@Kim P) Aside from those without/incomplete pictures, you can retake if you don't like your picture.
This will still be arranged so details will be TBA.
However, you are still required to submit your completely filled out order forms* and prints on Monday. Indicate if you will retake at the back of the form.
*Choose one from your toga and one from your creatives pa rin just in case na hindi matuloy ung retake or something goes wrong. At least may default.

 MAJOR EDIT: 
Only those with no/incomplete prints are allowed to retake. If you have both and are complete, you won't be included in the retake. Sorry. :(

Now, what will you do?

1. Look at the pictures. Choose a toga shot. Choose a creative shot. Choose only 1 of each.

2. Fill out the order forms. 

NOTE: Package A is the default package (part of the P1000). If you would like to avail of additional copies, change in backgrounds, frames, etc., check the appropriate box for your desired additional order. Take note that each has a corresponding extra payment.

Now if you have additional orders (particularly the change in background), you must submit the PRINTS, FORM, AND PAYMENT TOMORROW to any Batch Council officer so that the photo editors can have ample time to work on them. 

Write specific descriptions for your desired background/effect at the back of the form. You may attach a picture of the effect to be applied. 

3. If you don't have any special background requests, the DEADLIEST DEADLINE of all these is on Monday, Sept 19. No exceptions. Presidents, collect the FORMS, PRINTS AND EXTRA PAYMENTS from each student. Give them to any Batch Council Officer afterwards. 

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO RETURN THE PRINTS. 

4. For those who didn't receive the prints because they haven't taken their picture or there was a mix-up, the retaking would be on Sept. 24. More details to follow. If you still received either of the 2 prints, you must still fill out the form and submit them on Monday.

On another note, class pic order forms and prints must be submitted to Maam Cion's pigeonhole by tomorrow, 12 NOON. :D Please summarize(total) the orders for each student at the side of the form. You may photocopy the order form for easier collection of payments. Each picture costs P50. Payments will be collected next Friday/next next Friday.

Entrance Exam Reminders

Maam Jeng will be on leave the next few weeks. Here are her reminders: 

1. For those who still have not claimed their ACET Test Permit, please do so ASAP from the Guidance. Ask for it from the other councilors.

2. About the DLSU Permit, they're already available for pick-up at DLSU. Updates will be posted when they're ready to be claimed at the guidance.

3. We might extend the deadline for the UST and Mapua Application.
