STR Final Paper Binding

1. Download, read and understand the instructions specified for clearance purposes in this link.
2. Prepare three (3) copies of printed copies of Final Paper with Consent Form. Note that the Consent Form should be placed at the last part of each set. Place all printed copies in three (3) separate short brown envelopes.
3. Prepare one loose copy of Consent Form (1 copy per member).
4. Submit #2 and #3 to Mr. Ramirez on March 16, 2012 by 3PM. Prepare 185.00 Php, inclusive of 1 hardbound copy and 2 softbound copies.
5. For those groups who are not able to submit on time for batch processing (i.e. binding), you may proceed to U.P. Shopping Center Stall 27 (Blessings Copy Center & Bookbinding Services). Check that you find the CORRECT stall and shop name, that is, if you see for example, More Blessings, you are in the WRONG stall. Look for Ms Aylen and tell them that you are from PSHS-MC and explain your business there. Ask for an OFFICIAL RECEIPT (O.R.) with your name written as Client. [Note: This may not be applicable to Ms. Butaran's students. Please consult with her.]
6. You may claim the bound copies yourself or leave the O.R. with Mr. Ramirez.
7. Personal copies are not the Unit's Problem. If you wish to have your own copy/ies, you may do so but at your own time and money.

1. Last day to pay your fair dues to me (Mikee) tomorrow! Pakicheck nalang yung list na 'to later, kung magkano babayaran nyo -- 300 yung fair ticket, 250 per shirt(Iba for those who ordered extra shirts shempre, pero when you pay, sabihin nyo sakin na may extra shirts kayo a)
2. Claim your grad ball invites tomorrow! The reply slips are due on Friday, so please pass them to me on or before Friday :)
3. Yung outing, tentative place and date: Gaby's resort, March 24-25, after Les Mis. Game ba kayo?
4. Yung Boodle stuff, kung matutuloy pa sha (Sana oo kasi sayang yung mga nakabili na), Kulang pa tayo ng 3 kilo Pork Adobo and Banana Leaves. Sino willing? (kung tuloy pa sha)

3. Baccalaureate Payments (See the letter below) are due rin. Pay (Php 150 each) to Ma'am Cheng!

5. MATH SCRAPBOOK! 'Di tayo macclear kung wala tayo nito, so. Bigay kayo grad pictures sakin (macempleo@yahoo.com) or gusto nyo, picture taking nalang tayo sometime soon para may fun! :))
6. Isa pa, since nawala raw ni Sir Alcarez yung list ng mga tarp payments, tell me (Mikee) - in any way - kung hindi nyo pa nakukuha sukli nyo, and magkano exactly. :) Thanks!

Official time of students on that day is 8AM to 5PM.

UNIFORM - Please bring/wear the following items:

• Working Attire
  1. BATCH SHIRT (any BATCH SHIRT would do, for as long as it's the BATCH SHIRT)
  2. Maong pants (the old kind...please do avoid wearing burgis pants (Zara/Topman/etc.)
  3. Rubber shoes
  4. Working gloves (if deemed necessary)
• Working Paraphernalia
  1. PAINT! [Brown, black, and blackboard paint (yeah...may ganun pala...sa mga Medics/Alpha people/other people na nakabili na ng hindi blackboard paint...sorry about that)]
  2. BROTSA!
  3. Papel de liha (sand paper)
• For Pasa Masid (Cadets)
  1. Cadet shirt
  2. Garrison belt
  3. Nameplate
  4. If possible, another set of maong pants...in case malagyan ng pintura ang unang set ng pantalon
  5. (For Alpha) Cap and rifle
• For Pasa Masid (Officers)
  1. Type A Uniform
     • Combat boots
     • Fatigue pants
     • Fatigue jacket
     • Lanyard with silver whistle
     • Nameplate
     • Plain white shirt
     • Beret
     • Garrison belt and/or piston belt

     • Sash with gold plate (rectangular or diamond)

Please do shine all your metallic articles and (for officers) your shoes.

Re: Peer Evaluation "Retake"

As per advisory from the SSD, all seniors are required to go to school tomorrow, 14 March 2012, for a retake of the peer evaluation for the special awards for graduation.  In view of this, please be advised to CANCEL ANY AND ALL UNNECESSARY ACTIVITIES scheduled for that day (or, at least, on that time period).

Official time is from 8AM 'till 12NN.  Please be in your school uniform.

Please wait for further announcements on the matter either in this blog, or in Pisay Direct.

This notice supersedes announcement re: moratorium.  Further, please disseminate this notice.

For 12 March 2012

Hey Batch 2012!

First, there will be flag cem tomorrow! It's at 7:30AM...please do not be late for the LAST flag cem.

Second, for those who DIDN'T go to the camping, please remember to bring the following for tomorrow's Comm Serve:

Bring individually (recommended...to the point na medyo required na siya): working gloves, newspaper (padding/covering para sa sahig), ID.

Bring individually (as much as possible): brush (brotsa ha...hindi painter's brush), sand paper, basahan, brush.

Bring per platoon: Paint [comes in 3 different colors - black, brown, and green (for the blackboard)], paint roller tray (yung mukhang dustpan).

Please wear your working attire tomorrow (not your CAT uniform). HUWAG WHITE! MAHIRAP LABHAN ANG WHITE! You can wear your batch shirt (from any year). Also, please wear maong pants and rubber shoes.

Finally, we have Pasa Masid practice from 4:30 onwards. Everyone is required to be there (including those who attended the camping).
