Quiz notebook (pink filler notebook, 6" x 8.5")
Reply Form of Lab Safety Contract (signed)
Remember, we'll be having our first quiz at the beginning of the period next time we meet. If you don't have your quiz notebooks ready, you won't be able to take the quiz (that's an automatic score of zero).
