Clarifications for pictures (might edit some time later):
- Pictures with more than one person are accepted, as long as (a) your face is there, and "see-able" and (b) you are in the center (for pictures with a lot of people)
- Pictures can be outside Pisay / not in uniform
- It's OK for the pictures not to be cropped. But if there are too many people, crop niyo na. (suggestion lang yung 2nd sentence)
- IT SHOULD BE PISAY RELATED (update from Dreia)
